Beemy does four jobs: your inbox, your reading, your reporting and the learning that ties them together. Only the inbox and calendar work are live today. Every card marked rolling out is still ahead. You control how much Beemy does on its own.

Inbox & messages
Beemy weighs each email by sender, relationship and urgency. A deadline or a direct question from someone close counts. Slack messages will get the same weighing when Slack clears its safety gate. Beemy files noise and drafts replies to requests. Only the important mail interrupts you.
Beemy drafts replies in your voice. It keeps your work voice and your personal voice apart.
Beemy starts read-only. Then it drafts and waits for your approval. You turn the autonomy dial up, one category at a time, when you are ready. Beemy never turns it up for you.
Every escalation and every action carries a plain reason. The reason comes from the signals Beemy used. You can review anything Beemy handled automatically after the fact.
The aim is the right interruptions, not zero interruptions. When a message is unclear, sensitive or high-stakes, Beemy hands it to you. It adds the context and a reason, so you can decide fast. Beemy does not act on those messages alone.
Only Gmail and Google Calendar are live. Outlook is next and will use the same loop. Drafts land in Gmail itself. Beemy sorts mail on its own side and does not change your mailbox.
Reach & breadth
Gmail and Google Calendar are live in beta, and Outlook comes next. The silos, the autonomy ladder and triage work the same way on each provider. We did not build for a single provider, so a new one needs no rebuild.
Today Beemy sends mail, sends RSVPs and updates Google Calendar events. Beemy will also post and react in Slack, with your approval first, once Slack clears its safety gate. You grant trust one surface at a time. A grant on one channel does not carry over to another.
A mobile companion lets you approve, edit or reject with one tap. It sends a push only for things that need you now. It reads no mail on its own. The same silo boundaries and autonomy dial apply as everywhere else.
A browser extension will show Beemy context next to the page you are on. You will not need to leave the page to add something to your inbox.
Information
Beemy will read newsletters, blogs, subreddits, news sites and market feeds for you. It will boil them down to a daily or weekly brief. The brief takes minutes to read.
Follow companies, stocks, industries or people. Beemy will track what moved and why. It will tell you only when the news matters to you.
Add or drop a source in one click. Beemy will also notice what you skim and what you read. It will tune your digest to match.
Proactivity
Beemy will compile monthly stats, KPIs and team updates from your connected tools. You see each report as soon as it is ready. When you allow it, Beemy sends the report on schedule to your boss or team.
Beemy pulls action items from your conversations and remembers who owes what. It drafts a polite nudge in your tone. You approve each nudge first, until you choose to trust Beemy on that channel.
These reminders do more than "remind me at 3pm". They fire because the meeting moved, the invoice cleared or the reply arrived. They go quiet when the matter is resolved.
Intelligence & privacy
Beemy builds a live map of your world. It shows who works on what, who reports to whom and who matters most. A generic assistant does not have this context.
Personal, work and public knowledge sit in separate silos. The code enforces the wall between them. A few narrow exceptions exist, and the exceptions are listed on the page linked below.
Edit a draft, correct a priority or skip a digest item. Each signal teaches Beemy. Over the months, its drafts need fewer edits.
Beemy encrypts your data in transit and at rest. We never sell it and never use it to train shared models. You can ask us to delete your account at any time. A person on our side runs the delete, and one audit record stays on purpose. The page linked below explains the steps.
