Why Beemy exists
This is not a pitch-deck mission statement. These are the beliefs behind an assistant that will touch your inbox, your calendar and, over time, more of your life.

The belief
Busywork you never agreed to is eating your time.
Triage, drafting, chasing follow-ups and compiling the same report each month: you did not choose this work. It repeats, so a person should not need to do it by hand. Beemy takes on that busywork quietly. You keep the part only you can do. Think of it as the super-organised version of you, the one who keeps up with the inbox.
One assistant, not two
Your life is not split in two, so your assistant should not be.
A useful assistant has to see across work and personal life. The context behind a good reply, triage decision or reminder lives on both sides. You are the same person to the sender after 6pm. So Beemy is one assistant, not two tools. For the same reason, it keeps the two halves in separate silos. Seeing both does not mean mixing them. Life admin shows the personal half, job by job.
Our principles
What Beemy is built on.
Silos built into the system
Personal, work and public knowledge live in separate stores. No shared memory sits under a privacy setting that someone could set wrong. The code gives them no path to each other. A few narrow exceptions exist.
Ask when it is unclear
Beemy hands anything unclear or high-stakes to you, with a plain reason. A wrong guess on something that matters costs more than a short question.
Your data is yours
We never sell your data. We never use it to train shared models. You can ask us to delete your account at any time. A person on our side runs the delete, and one audit record stays on purpose.
Quiet by default
The aim is the fewest notifications that still matter. Beemy interrupts you only when a decision needs your judgement.
Content and humans over gimmicks
We add no chatbot to this site. We would rather ship a real capability quietly than a flashy demo loudly. A person replies to every message you send us.
The other side of the ledger
What Beemy will never do.
- Never guess when it should ask you.
- Never add a chatbot gimmick to look impressive.
- Never let work context see into your personal life, or the reverse.
- Never widen what Beemy does alone unless you turn that dial yourself.
- Never chase engagement over your time.

Where we are today
Early, and building in the open.
Beemy is in private beta. The first loop, Gmail and Google Calendar, is live. It starts read-only, then moves to approval-first. More integrations are rolling out as each clears its own safety gate. This site has no team page or funding news, because we have nothing honest to say about them yet. The Hive is where we write about the problems we are solving and why we make each choice.
