The short version
You agree to these terms when you join the waitlist, connect an account, or otherwise use Beemy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Beemy is in private beta. Gmail and Google Calendar are live today. Outlook/Microsoft 365, Slack, Google Docs, RSS, Reddit, newsletters, a mobile companion and a browser extension are rolling out. Each one ships as it clears its own safety gate. We provide the service on a best-effort basis during this stage. We can't guarantee uninterrupted availability. See current status on Integrations.
You're responsible for the accounts you connect to Beemy. You're also responsible for keeping your own login credentials secure. You can revoke Beemy's access in your Google account at any time. See Your work account. You can also ask us to erase the silo that holds its data. You're responsible for anything done through your account before you revoke access.
Use Beemy for its intended purpose: triaging, drafting, digesting and automating your own email, calendar and connected content. Don't use it to send spam or abusive content. Don't use it to access accounts you're not authorised to connect. Don't attempt to circumvent the approval and autonomy controls described in Trust & Security.
You own the content in the accounts you connect. You also own the drafts, digests and reports Beemy produces for you. We don't sell it. We don't use it to train shared models. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
Beemy offers a Free plan, a paid Individual plan, and a Team plan billed per user. An Enterprise tier is available on request. Current pricing lives on Pricing, which is the source of truth, not this page. We bill fees in advance. Unless stated otherwise where you sign up, fees aren't refundable for a period already billed.
Because Beemy is in beta, the service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work hard to get triage, drafts and escalations right. We can't promise the service will be error-free or uninterrupted while it's still being built.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beemy and its team aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
You can stop using Beemy at any time. Ask us to delete your account. A person on our side runs it, and one audit record stays. See Leaving and our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data. We may suspend or terminate access for use that violates these terms or the acceptable-use section above. We'll tell you why when we can.
Placeholder: governing law and jurisdiction to be finalised before public launch. The laws of a specific jurisdiction will govern these terms. We will confirm it here ahead of general availability.
If we change these terms in a material way, we'll update the date below. Where the change is significant, we'll also let active users know directly. We won't rely on a silent date bump.

Beemy is in private beta. We send invites in rolling batches. We cannot promise a date. When your invite arrives, connect Gmail. Beemy sorts your inbox in that first session.
