No legalese theatre — just the terms for using Beemy while it's in beta, written the same way as the rest of this site.

The short version
By joining the waitlist, connecting an account, or otherwise using Beemy, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Beemy is in private beta. Gmail and Google Calendar are live today; Outlook/Microsoft 365, Slack, Google Docs, RSS, Reddit, newsletters, a mobile companion and a browser extension are rolling out, each as it clears its own safety gate. We provide the service on a best-effort basis during this stage and can't guarantee uninterrupted availability. See current status on Integrations.
You're responsible for the accounts you connect to Beemy and for keeping your own login credentials secure. You can disconnect any connected account at any time, and you're responsible for anything done through your account before you do.
Use Beemy for its intended purpose — triaging, drafting, digesting and automating your own email, calendar and connected content. Don't use it to send spam or abusive content, to access accounts you're not authorized to connect, or to attempt to circumvent the approval and autonomy controls described in Trust & Security.
You own the content in the accounts you connect, and the drafts, digests and reports Beemy produces for you. We don't sell it, and we don't use it to train shared models — see our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
Beemy offers a Free plan, a paid Individual plan, and a Team plan billed per user, with an Enterprise tier available on request. Current pricing lives on Pricing, which is the source of truth, not this page. Fees are billed in advance and, unless stated otherwise where you sign up, aren't refundable for a period already billed.
Because Beemy is in beta, the service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work hard to get triage, drafts and escalations right, but we can't promise the service will be error-free or uninterrupted while it's still being built.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beemy and its team aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
You can stop using Beemy and delete your account at any time — see our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data when you do. We may suspend or terminate access for use that violates these terms or the acceptable-use section above, and we'll tell you why when we can.
Placeholder — governing law and jurisdiction to be finalized before public launch. These terms will be governed by the laws of a specific jurisdiction, to be confirmed here ahead of general availability.
If we change these terms in a material way, we'll update the date below and, where the change is significant, let active users know directly rather than relying on a silent date bump.
