The fine print, in plain English.
- What counts as a "triaged email"?
- Any message Beemy reads, files, labels or drafts a reply for in a connected inbox. Mail your own filters already catch, before Beemy ever sees it, doesn't count against the limit.
- What happens at 50 emails on the Free plan?
- Beemy stops triaging new mail until next month starts. Nothing already sorted gets undone or deleted, and nothing charges automatically either.
- What does "unlimited" mean on paid plans?
- No per-message metering and no hidden cap. Fair use applies: if one account is running far outside normal email volume, we'll reach out first, not cut it off without warning.
- Is anything charged during the private beta?
- No. Joining the waitlist isn't a purchase, and nothing on your card moves until Beemy is out of beta and you choose to subscribe.
- Is beta pricing locked in for launch?
- Not decided yet. If that changes, people already on the waitlist or in beta hear about it before it happens, not after.
- Currency and tax
- Prices are listed in USD. Exact tax handling at checkout isn't finalised yet. Either way, nothing is charged today.
- Cancelling
- Plans are month-to-month. Cancel any time and keep access through the period you've already paid for.
- What happens to your data if you cancel?
- Ask, and your data, drafts and history all go with it. One proof record stays behind, on purpose. See Leaving for the exit path in full, and Trust & Security or Privacy for the rest.

Is there really a free plan?
Yes: 50 triaged emails a month, basic filtering and one knowledge silo, free forever. It's enough to feel what a quiet inbox is like; most people upgrade because they want the rest of their week back too.
What does "replies in my voice" actually mean?
During the first week Beemy studies how you've written to each person: formality, length, sign-offs, even your emoji habits, and drafts accordingly. You review every draft until you tell it otherwise.
Can Beemy send email without my approval?
Not until you explicitly allow it, and even then only for the categories you choose (say, meeting confirmations). Everything else waits in your drafts folder for a one-tap review.
How is my data protected?
Encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), stored in strictly separated personal/work silos, never sold, and never used to train shared models. Ask us to delete your account, and your data goes with it, bar one proof record kept on purpose. Full picture on our Trust & Security page and Leaving.
What if I have work and personal Gmail accounts?
Perfect: that's the design case. Connect both; each lives in its own silo. Beemy will never reference your personal life in a work reply, or vice versa.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes: pay yearly and get two months free (that's $290/year for Individual). Team and Enterprise annual pricing is available when you talk to us.
What happens if I go past the Free plan's 50 emails a month?
Beemy pauses new triage until next month starts. Nothing already sorted gets undone or deleted, and upgrading is something you choose, not something that happens automatically. More in the fine print below.
Am I charged anything while Beemy is in private beta?
No. Joining the waitlist isn't a purchase, and no card is charged during the beta. See the fine print below for what is and isn't decided about pricing after launch.
