A sub-processor is a vendor we hand your data to. So we name them.
A sub-processor is an outside company that helps run Beemy: a host, a model provider, an analytics tool. It can see some of your data because it helps deliver the service.
There is nothing to gain by keeping that list vague, and a lot to lose. So here it is in full, sourced against our own infrastructure and the model providers we use. See the privacy policyfor the fuller rules on what we access and why.

Each row works under contract, bound to the same never-sold, never-trained-on terms as ourprivacy policy. It processes only what it needs to do its one job.

Gmail and Google Calendar are your accounts, not a vendor's.
Gmail and Google Calendar are your own accounts, not ours. Beemy connects to them with your permission. Google is not a vendor we hand your data to. It is the account holder we ask to read.
What is not here
No ad networks. No brokers. No hidden watchers.
No ad networks. No data brokers. No session-replay tool watching how you use this site. No third-party chat widget. This site loads exactly one third-party script, the analytics tag named above.
How changes are announced
A new vendor doesn't start quietly.
We'll add a vendor to this register before it starts work. If the change is material, we'll tell active users directly, not just update the date below.
